What does it cost to start?
€1,500 or more, at 35% off the shop price. The device you show clients is 60% off. Nothing to pay before your first order.
Can I try it before I order a lot?
Yes. Take one set at 60% off, put the device in your space, and see what your clients say. We can sometimes arrange a visit in person, depending on where you are and the time of year — ask us on the call.
How does shipping work?
We ship from the USA, and Europe takes 10 to 14 days. You pay the shipping and import tax. We do the customs paperwork and show you the cost before you confirm. We also have representatives in some countries — tell us where you are and we will say if one covers your area.
What about VAT?
You pay it when the box arrives and claim it back if you are VAT-registered, so it costs you nothing. Send us your EU VAT number and we leave VAT off your invoice.
Do they work with European plugs?
Yes. The devices run on 100–240V, so they work anywhere in Europe, and they ship with the right plug for your country. Tell us where you are and we set up the order for it.
Do I need a licence?
No. These are wellness devices, not medical devices. Your team learns in one short call and we give you the plans and scripts.
How do you compare to other brands?
